"I don't care whats on his resume. I'ed never hire that kind of person. They'er to set in they'er ways and to hard to train." That's a quote from a PM that just finished an interview with an qualified applicant. I don't know about you but that just isn't fair! Managers that harbour that kind of AGE DISCRIMINATION attitude should not be working for KHA. I believe that was one of the reasons I was let go.

That applicant was 55 years old. The guy never had a chance!
