Some Job links
Here are a couple of links to places that may have jobs in FL. My recommendation is to get your 'stuff' out there in as many places as possible, and even if a company isn't advertising for a position right now, they may find one once they see how well qualified you are. They can't hire you if they don't know you are available.
www.pbsj.com This is another multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm. They are hiring, not much in FL, but some.
http://www.tetratech.com/portal/site/TetraTech/ This company does a lot of environmental remediation, has offices nationwide. Look to have quite a number of jobs available throughout Florida especially if you have strong environmental skills. www.myflorida.com (check this regularly, new jobs are posted daily it seems. You can submit your resume one time here and any employer using this site to locate employees can get it from there)
Also, look into county/city planning departments. With recent cutbacks, jobs may be scarce, but things always change
